The building itself is a very interesting example of a good old DDR architecture, that I have to admit. However the crew of the place (if you visit it by night, when it's a party time) is that kind of unfriendly, agressive and unpolite appleknockers dealing with you not like with a customer, but as with a garbage... It is disappointing, that such a nice place is now in hands of such guys blemishing a human race. Possibly you could rent that place _without_ its team (it should cost you much more though).
